Description

Version 2.0 of this track. Changed the bassline and improved the mixing of all parts, especially the drums. I was never very happy with the weak kick drum and when fixing that I ended up doing a lot of other edits as well. I think it's much improved, hope you do too!

Great energy in this track. A few remarks in how to improve it:
1. I'd put a slight delay on the acid 303 synth to make it fill the space.
2. The clicking on the bass is very much audible, especially in the beginning. Remove it.

Otherwise a very decent startup for a techno/trance tune.

Thanks for the comments! The bass is a 24-bit sample from my Access Virus. I think what you're hearing as clicking is the sample cutting off on a new note. Honestly I thought it sounded better this way than overlaying the samples, which made it very "muddy." The 303 line (actually 303+SH101 together) has a quiet reverb AND stereo delay on it, but they got lost in the mix...
Not sure if I will release a version 2.1 of this track, but will definitely keep your suggestions in mind for the next one.
