Genre
Dance/Techno
Description
One of my very old titles. I probably started with it at the beginning of 2006. It was hard to find a good mix for it with all those instruments. But now to what it sounds like:
It's a cheerful dance track. I hope it puts a smile on your face

(the mp3 on my homepage sounds a little better)

But where are the dueling banjos and the pig sounds? (jk -- for the record, a reference to classic American film "Deliverance"). Yes, cheerful and competently done. I especially like the very beginning mix with the bongo/conga type percussion and sort of chippy-sounding lead.

I really like the demo scene feel. Almost an early 90's Mod-Scene feel. Midi-ish but totally digital (not like the cheap midi website music you see embedded in outdated websites LOL) Keep up the good work Lizard303
  • mort: hehe, when i saw the title ... i was thinking of pig snorts too .... nice one lizard!
  • This is very nice! Nice in tecnical aspect and melodically. I like the sounds and the rhythm. You can do the bass!

Thanks, mates! Mm, I don't know this movie. Maybe I should watch it now
  • Definitely a "cultural literacy" film in the U.S. Not altogether cheerful. Here's a clip of the banjo part. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1tqxzWdKKu8
  • whoops, get rid of the space before the u8 if you want to check it out. Pretty cool and creepy all at the same time.
