Description
remix of a remix of a mix.  My tunes sometimes continue to evolve.  I took some harsh criticism from Forrest (viasnava) on the last mix.   I'm glad he gave me specific critical council.  The result of it is a mix  that is more coherent and simple.  All the melodies connect and are related to each other.  So in short this mix is a complete make over yet you will recognize certain melodies from the previous mixes.

No key changes this time due to the perception that it sounds like 2 different songs or movements of a symphony.

The only way to improve is to take harsh honest criticism and learn from it.  - Xaphoid

  • You won't hear any harsh criticism from me, 'cause I ain't much of a critic So far I like most of the stuff you release. And this one is no exception. I like it. Good music, great production.

But I must admit, thought, that I like the original more — it really moved me (the same goes for your other recent tunes like this one or this one — they make me re-play them over and over).
  • noted.  It really comes down to a subjective opinion doesn't it?
  • Only my humble opinion
  • I think this version for 'Siren' is very beautiful, Xaphoid   Very powerful and inspiring, genuine style. I also like version with modulation, though it's true that sometimes modulation turns a tune a bit strange for listening. However modulation is very common in Classical Music, Jazz and of course, in Tango! Just to mention a few examples where modulation is well expected.

Another ten from me here, I think it's truly a good work

  • Just listened to the latest version you sent me Xaphoid. Its getting there. Kudo's!
