I really like this rufty and noisy sounds here! Some dark but mostly comfort atmosphere there. Cheers ODD SCIENCE What generators produce these noisy waves?
  • Thanx it's not a generator but a lot of effect lines with sampels as sound source and by using a controller to control things such as the bpm volume and filter cutoff freqence and the resonance make some 512 steps patterns and you can record you're knob/parameter action and sculp you're way thru the modifide and sometimes fixed loop times so when you turn the bpm up and down the amount of strech of a sample wich can be anything will lengthen and shorten so you have differnt options on how it will sound this is why my name is odd science thanx

Interesting. thanks. I think it also possible to do if use a noise gens thru chain of filters and reverb. Hmm..
  • Yup that will work to but going out there and collecting sampels of different sound sources like a wooden fence for instance take a stick a rattle it along the fence and slow it down or speed it up docter the sample in a wave editor before using it with a tracker my experience is matilda tracker most suitable. noise gens would not get that ambientness i think than you go more to the realy noise drone sounds but if you created something let me know greetz
  • I have one template that now i will try to toying with . But of course you're right that good samples is more suitable for more realistic and 'live' sounding perhaps. Peace
  • Dark and atmospheric. Goes to one of the upcoming podcasts.
