My wife and kid went to Goa on New Year, flight transfer in Delhi. In Moscow they said no need to worry about luggage, it will be transferred to Goa. In fact luggage was thrown in Delhi, and she has picked it up and registered again (there were people in Goa from the same flight very surprised cos their luggage was not there). In Delhi there was a huge queue for check-in about for 3 hrs, and flight scheduled to depart in 1 hour. She paid 20 bucks to local guy with a wheelchair, they put my kid in the chair and passed check-in out of turn. That's the story of this track )))
