Used a spoken word poem and voice snippets from ccmixter. Added some live overdub leads from my Korgmicro synth via Reaper. Has a nice drop and buildup.

sorry about the quality it's a little long so I had to mix down to 64k

Chevere!!! I'm enjoying a lot the quiet parts just like the rest! Maybe turn up the bd for about 2 or 3 db? Which synthis are you using here?

I used WhiteNoise Delta and Guru 2 for the noisy bass stuff in the intro Vanguard vsti for trance bass that moves with the chords. and also Vanguard for the Brassy synth progression. I used Blue vsti for the synth lead riffs In between this you hear some live overdub I did with my Korg Microkorg after the track was fully sequenced. I'm not sure I agree with you about the kick drum db lvl. I'll try some other kicks maybe.

I like the kick a bit over the rest but that's a 'stylistic choice'... this one sits well in the mix without taking too much space, for me. Dreamy song...

just now getting around to reading your comments sorry for late response on this. I sometimes surprise myself with tunes such as these but the mood has to be right for me to ride it to the finish.
