SunVox 1.6.2 and Renoise 2.7 released

Hello, everyone. We got two major software updates this month.

SunVox 1.6.2 has been released for all platforms (except for iOS, which will follow shortly). A lot of new features have been added. Amongst them:
  • quantization noise is reduced by 4 times (on smartphones and pocket computers);
  • improved sound quality of the following modules: Generator, SpectraVoice;
  • new Generator waveforms: half-sine, abs-sine, pulse-sine with duty cycle;
  • added copy and paste of modules;
  • added ASIO support (for Windows only);
  • now Sampler can record signals from another modules;
  • templates support.

Renoise 2.7 final has appeared after months of development, so here's a very short list of what's been added in the new version:
  • instruments have been re-engineered and sample keyzones have been introduced;
  • different samples can now be mapped to different velocity ranges;
  • sample slice markers to slice and keymap breakbeat samples;
  • automation precision increased to 256 steps per pattern line;
  • new track DSP's appeared: Multiband Send, Comb Filter;
  • devices can now be renamed;
  • mono/stereo/auto option added for the plugin grabber.

  • sunvox gets better and better. i'd love to see more sunvox tunes here.
  • He-he, be the one to release some!
    I'd also be glad to, but still feeling kind of rusty with SunVox. And yes, with this version it's definitely much improved (those half-sine, abs-sine waves additions, to mention a few).

    Also for me, SunVox is really a very interesting software.
    If only there were available a small compressor or limiter in the effects list ....
    We hope in the future release .
